Listed Allgäu Heritage House from 1750
The House
Tradition since 1750
The Beim Dokterer house was built around 1750 and completely renovated in 1984, then converted into two residential units. Today it offers approx. 235 m² of living space on a 450 m² plot with a garden pond. Oil-fired central heating supplies the house, with underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators in the attic.
At an altitude of around 850 m, the listed heritage house stands in the heart of the Ammergau Alps Nature Park. It is a non-smoking house; pets are welcome. Both holiday apartments can be linked via a connecting door.
